came in the mail today, (actually a few days ago now) LOA’s half page ad in What is Enlightenment? Magazine. 




I felt like Steve Martin in The Jerk, “The new phone-books are here, the new What is Enlightenment is here!!!"

It’s four a.m. and I can’t sleep so I’m sitting on the couch with an afghan wrapped around me, my mind in an unstoppable torrent.  It’s official, the movement, campaign, the Gentle Revolution ushering in the Cool World Order has begun, slowly, but started nonetheless.  Advertising the message is the main impetus of Love One Another so a milestone has be reached.  Yeeeehaaaaa!

It began unofficially a couple years ago in local holiday fairs and lifestyle expos where I sold t-shirts and tried, rather poorly, to explain what I’m attempting with Love One Another.  The message has been honed some and I’m getting better at explaining it.  But here it is again…

LOA (pronounced Lo-ah…long “O”, short “A” sounds) is designed to encourage and remind people to Love One Another with that funky-cool logo and images like the Human Pinwheel of Love with the beautiful multi-color human beings.

Big thanks go to graphic artist, among other things, Gerardo Cantu, who despite my vague descriptions saw the LOA logo as you do today.  Thanks also to Will Rogers who took my loose ad concept and upped it many notches with his talent and generosity creating this ad in addition to the new font.  His wife Terri Hinton encouraged me to get the ball rolling and place the ad.  She got me off my duff and worked within my constraints.  Many, many, thanks to the three of you.  I am grateful.

My gratitude also extends to you.  This little seed of mine, LOA, is my life’s work.  It has gained purchase here in the soil of Zaadz.  I thank you all for the kind words and support directed toward LOA and me.  You can’t know what it means to get some of your emails, comments, and posts.  It is truly the life giving water this seed needs.  Thanks again my new friends and few old ones.

I blog about this for promotion, obviously, but also as an attempt to be transparent.  I do not know anything about business, marketing, or advertising.  I was told to do this by a voice both mine and not mine, a transcendent voice within that’s always been with me even in childhood.  Thankfully it’s getting louder and louder…still doesn’t mean I always listen, darn it.  So check in occasionally and watch the progress…or the train wreck.  ; )  LOL!  I wish I could evaporate, honestly, and let LOA speak for itself which it will as it grows.  This isn’t about what I do but what Love One Another does.

I‘m doing my best to improve and develop the product line.  At present the whole operation is me and I’ve got my lovely wife and kids and my day job at NBC.  No excuses – just giving you perspective so you can see how the seed develops.  It’s gonna be big and BEAUTIFUL.
